Kate began her yoga journey in 2005 to nurture her flexibility and complement her active lifestyle. She soon discovered that yoga offered far more than just physical benefits, becoming captivated by the sense of empowerment she felt with each session. Through her practice, Kate learned to be more compassionate and adaptable in her daily life.
Kate is certified in Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yoga Tune Up®, and Restorative Yoga. In her classes, she incorporates massage ball techniques to improve mobility, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and build body awareness.

Before sharing the healing powers of yoga Jacqui received a degree in Social Work. One of her main goals is teaching yoga as a service to help raise money for organizations that improve the lives of those in need.
Rebecca LaWind
With over 20 years experience as a holistic Massage Therapist and 20 years as a Yoga Teacher, Rebecca’s mission is to provide a sacred space for community to access peace, relaxation, quiet, flow, mindfulness and soulful experiences. As Rebecca organized holistic offerings over the years, she fell in love with Sound Healings. It is an incredible honor and joy for her to evolve into sharing this practice with her beloved husband Jason.
Jason LaWind
Jason’s profound love of music led him to pursue his studies at the University of Southern Maine where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Music education and Saxophone performance in 2003. Jason’s history and interests have harmoniously led him to the fascinating and profound world of Sound Healing. With immense joy, Jason finds himself united with his divine and beautiful wife, Rebecca, in their joint venture, Harmony Within.
Tias Little
Tias Little synthesizes more than 30 years of study in classical yoga, Sanskrit, Buddhism and anatomy in his dynamic, original style of teaching. One of the foremost yoga instructors in North America, Tias has in-depth training in craniosacral therapy and earned a master’s degree in Eastern philosophy from St. John’s College. His practice and teaching is influenced by B.K.S. Iyengar, Ida Rolf and Thomas Hanna. Tias co-directs Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, New Mexico with his wife Surya. He is the author of four books: Meditations on a Dewdrop, Yoga of the Subtle Body, The Practice is the Path, and The Poetry of Embodiment.

Kate ODonnell, author of The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook and Everyday Ayurveda Cooking for a Calm, Clear Mind has been practicing Ashtanga yoga and Ayurveda for 20 years. An avid interest in the healing powers of food and yoga fuel her work.

Melissa has been channeling since the age of 9 and has helped thousands of people globally. She blends with your loved ones who have crossed over and brings them to you with her highest heart and divine love. She is committed to helping others Grow Their Knowing. It’s her passion.
Barry Brinker
For the past 30 years Barry has been sharing the joy of dance and movement with thousands of students through her teaching. Before she became a teacher, Barry was a professional dancer in New York City. She has taught a wide array of ages in settings ranging from professional productions to public schools. Her dancer's background adds a unique touch to her yoga classes, but it is her compassion and her contagious enthusiasm that most inspires her students.
Erin Ehlers
Erin teaches movement skills as a means of doing a yoga pose. A modern understanding of movement does not oppose the philosophical traditions of yoga, rather these two elements combine to create deep self-inquiry. She considers herself to be an educator, so her classes are meant to inform and illuminate.
Abby Knight
Abby began practicing yoga while pursuing her college degree in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Eastern religion. After completing her 200 hour training in the spring of 2013, Abby has enjoyed teaching in both indoor and outdoor spaces. She particularly enjoys specialized yoga practices- pre- and post-natal, children’s yoga, and meditation.
Lucy Liaw
Lucy has a background in biomedical sciences, and received her doctorate in cell and molecular biology of health and disease. She has experience studying the physical and spiritual way of the Japanese traditional martial arts, and combines this understanding with practice as a yogi since 2014. Lucy studies yoga as a sustainable, rigorous, and balancing path towards self-awareness. She is a lifelong learner, and seeks to discover and guide the integration of physical, mental, and emotional strengths within herself and her students.
