Alex Mccown
Alex has practiced yoga since 2014, when she took her first class at Greener Postures! Since then, yoga has been an integral practice in her life. In 2023, she completed a 200-hour Vinyasa-based Yoga Teacher Training, and in 2024, a 40-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
Alex loves studying Taoist five-element theory and occasionally weaves seasonal themes into her classes. Outside of yoga, Alex is zooming around with her pup, CoCo, and searching for the best plant-based dishes in the area!
