What to Know
-
Doors open at least 20 minutes before class begins, and the studio doors will be locked at class time. Arriving 10-15 minutes early will give you time to settle in, meet your teacher, and set up your space without feeling rushed.
-
For your yoga practice, wear comfortable, breathable exercise clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Leggings, compression shorts, and fitted tops work well, especially in a warm space. For slower-paced classes, consider wearing layers to stay cozy and comfortable. Bare feet are recommended for stability + connection to the mat.
Bring a yoga mat (or rent one at the studio), a water bottle to stay hydrated, and if you’re attending a heated class, consider bringing a towel as well.
Don’t have a mat yet? Your first mat rental is free!
To help everyone stay present, we ask students to leave phones outside the studio + set smartwatches to Theater Mode. Exceptions apply for on-call medical professionals.
-
Listen to your body and move at your own pace—there’s no pressure to do everything perfectly. Focus on your breath to guide your movements and create a sense of calm. Props like blocks, straps, and bolsters are here to support you, so don’t hesitate to use them as needed.
-
Take a moment to hydrate and notice how your body and mind feel. Please wipe down your mat and return any studio props to their place. If you have questions or need support, your teacher is always here to help.
Yoga is about showing up for yourself. Whether you’re here to move, relax, or explore, we’re honored to be part of your journey.
