We will come together to explore the thing we all want and need - to be seen, heard, and supported. Through yoga practice, lecture, group discussion and sharing we will explore the foundations of a supportive relationship with ourselves and others through nervous system regulation, positive communication and healthy boundaries.

Kate offers a blend of psychotherapy and embodied therapies to adults, adolescents and couples at her private practice in Cambridge and Salem. She also facilitates on-line and in- person training programs and workshops on yoga therapy for emotional health and healing around New England.
