Yoga Teacher Immersion with Erin Ehlers

December 3rd

If you desire to learn movement science to inspire your classes, or if you crave in-depth discussion and critical thinking, or you simply need a post-pandemic reboot...this fall immersion with Erin will inspire and inform your teaching!
This immersion is designed for the curious yoga teacher who has grown since their initial training, and who is looking for the next step that helps them preserve what is working well, refresh the ideas that need revision, and replace the content that has become outdated and rote.
A modern understanding of movement does not oppose the philosophical traditions of yoga, rather these two elements combine to create deep self-inquiry. Please be in touch with Greener Postures Yoga or with Erin Ehlers with your questions.
Erin has taught yoga and movement for 20 years and has over 2,500 hours of professional training for all things yoga, movement, anatomy and physiology. She is a certified as a Yoga Therapist, and a Licensed Massage Therapist.
She considers herself an educator, and her yoga classes are meant to challenge, inform and illuminate. She delves passionately into the sciences of biomechanics and kinesiology to teach from a perspective that questions assumptions about traditional yoga practice. Learn more about Erin Ehlers Yoga.
