Kate is certified in Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yoga Tune Up®, and Restorative yoga, with a teaching style that emphasizes functional movement and is prop-intensive to support body awareness and ease. Her classes are moderate, accessible to all levels, and set in a room-temperature environment with instrumental music. In her classes, she incorporates massage ball techniques to improve mobility, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and build body awareness.
