This workshop is designed to give insight and offer building blocks around common inversion poses. This all-levels class will utilize the wall and other props to build strength, awareness and maybe a little confidence around trying some of these shapes. Handstand, headstand and shoulderstand will be discussed. Plan on bringing a beginner's attitude and best to not attend with any acute injuries or sensitive necks or wrists.
