Barry specially designs her workshops for teens to improve strength, flexibility, concentration, and body awareness. Yoga helps teens to build the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space. It is a perfect compliment to a teenager's busy academic and extracurricular schedule. We will start with a fun Vinyasa flow, adding balancing postures and some playful inversions.We will also explore breathing and relaxation techniques, leaving them feeling refreshed and ready for the outside world. All levels. Please bring a mat (we rent mats for $1) and a water. Ages 12 and up.
