Our Prenatal Yoga series is designed to provide a calming space for expectant parents to connect with their bodies and growing babies. These 75-minute classes prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth, focusing on breath awareness, restorative postures, and gentle movement in a safe, supportive environment.
We honor the changing needs of pregnancy with personalized modifications and guidance on proper anatomical alignment. This welcoming community offers an open space to share your experiences, from concerns and discomforts to the joyful transformations of pregnancy.
February 2025: Prenatal Yoga Series (Mondays, 6pm, Falmouth)
Classes meet on Mondays from 6:00–7:15 PM at our Falmouth studio. This comprehensive program offers a consistent, supportive environment to deepen your practice and prepare for childbirth. Participating in the full series allows you to fully benefit from the progression of techniques, modifications, and community connection. (No prorating available.)
