Intuitive Eating Workshop
Saturday, March 15th, 1-3 PM – South Portland Studio

Join Janet Steady, a seasoned Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and yoga teacher, for a collaborative workshop on Intuitive Eating. Through lecture, discussion, and light movement, we’ll explore food, eating habits, nutrition, health, and body image with curiosity and self-compassion. Bring comfortable clothes, a journal, and a yoga mat (or use one of ours).

Janet is a Registered Dietitian, Intuitive Eating Coach, and Yoga Teacher, specializing in body image and eating disorders. With a Master’s in Human Nutrition and certifications in yoga and Intuitive Eating, she creates a safe space for individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom and live more comfortably in their bodies.

NEW DEEP STRETCH CLASS

Join Devon on Mondays, 10:30-11:30am for deep stretch starting March 17th at our Falmouth Studio. Devon’s classes are geared always towards these three goals: presence, clear seeing, and compassion. Deep Stretch is designed to enhance mobility, improve posture, and promote relaxation. With Devon’s skillful use of props like blocks, straps, bolsters, and massage balls, this gentle practice supports longer holds, myofascial release, and increased range of motion. Whether you’re an athlete, aging body, or beginner, Devon’s compassionate approach creates a supportive environment to unwind and rejuvenate. In-Studio Class Passes Apply.

Join Kate for a pop-up Roll and Renew class on Friday, March 28th, 5:30-6:30 PM at the South Portland Studio. Learn self-massage techniques using therapy balls to release myofascia from head to toe. This class helps release trigger points, improve mind-body connection, and promote relaxation. Suitable for all levels, it’s perfect for anyone seeking pain relief and stress reduction. No yoga experience needed—massage balls and props provided. In-Studio class passes apply.

4-Week Beginner Series in April
Mondays, 7-8 PM – South Portland Studio
Starts April 7th

This 4-week series is perfect for new students looking to explore modern postural yoga. Each week, you’ll break down common postures and transitions found in flow classes, with time for questions and guidance. The goal is to get you ready for a public flow class at the studio!

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle if you'd like, and feel free to rent a mat for $1 or bring your own.

$70 (no prorating or make-up sessions).
