Join us for the 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series in March with Jess Leavitt, Mondays, 7-8pm, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17 & 3/24 at our South Portland Studio! This series is designed to introduce new students to modern postural yoga, focusing on foundational postures and transitions in flow classes. Each one-hour session will help you build confidence and prepare for a public flow class. Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, and rent a mat for $1 or bring your own. $70 for the series—no prorating or make-ups.
Intuitive Eating 101: Ditch the Diets: Learn to Listen to Your Body with Care, Not Control
Join GPY instructor and registered dietitian Janet Steady for a 2-hour workshop on Intuitive Eating, Saturday, March 15th, 1-3PM at our South Portland Studio. Explore topics like food, eating habits, body image, and health with curiosity and self-compassion through lecture, discussion, and light movement. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, journal, pen, and yoga mat (mats available to rent). $35
Join Kate for a Drop-In Roll and Renew class, March 28th, 5:30-6:30PM at our South Portland Studio. Using massage balls, this class will teach self-massage techniques to release tension, improve mind-body connection, and promote relaxation. Suitable for all levels, it’s perfect for anyone seeking pain relief and stress release. Props provided—no yoga experience needed. In-Studio Passes apply.
