Erin's 90-minute monthly drop-in class is a slow-paced and detailed sequence that explores the smaller pieces of bigger poses. We'll build poses based on movement skills, strength-building and creative variations. These classes are appropriate for anyone who prefers a slower pace to take care of an injury, or to learn poses in a non-flow style. Experienced yogis and yoga teachers will also appreciate the details of movement taught inside of asana. Experience your practice through a new lens. Erin’s teaching is incredibly unique, impactful and eye opening.
