Hips: Strong and Supple

Start off the New Year with a deep dive into the hips! This class will include familiar favorites, and new moves to inspire mobility. We'll work through balance poses, strength building exercises and bring a fresh approach to traditional hip-focused postures. Erin brings her experience and perspective as a yoga therapist and a massage therapist to these workshops to illuminate our understanding of how we move, and how we can move with strength and suppleness. Open to experienced yogis without acute injury.
