In Core Connections, Erin will lead a deep dive into ideas about the core, from revising classic exercises like a sit-up, to uncovering the core strength in familiar poses (like plank). We'll look at the core and its connections to daily posture, breathing, strength and mobility. Open to all yogis without any acute injury or limitation.
