Join Gretchen for this all-levels workshop will cover a few common arm balances that pop up in our flow classes. Many of these shapes rely on the low push-up position in our arms and shoulders, open hips and accessing our hamstrings. While this will be a physically challenging workshop in some ways, there is plenty of time to ask questions, take breaks and tease these shapes out a little. No acute injuries, especially in hands, wrists and shoulders please.
