$70 for the series (no prorating)

This 4 week series with is designed as an introduction for new students to modern postural yoga. One hour each week, join other beginners in breaking down common postures and transitions in flow classes.  There is time to ask questions and get the basics of this lifelong pursuit with the goal being ready for a public flow class at the studio!  Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle if you'd like and you can rent mats for a $1 or bring your own.
