Join Kate Baldacci for a 90-minute all-levels session focused on alleviating neck and shoulder discomfort. Using a variety of props—blocks, Yoga Tune Up balls, Coregeous balls, and therabands—Kate will guide you through a combination of strengthening, stretching, and self-massage techniques designed to restore balance, create space, and ease tension in these areas.
Throughout this workshop, you will:
Be led through various exercises to strengthen the muscles that support your shoulders and neck, improving posture, stability and range of motion.
Explore gentle yet effective stretches to increase mobility and release tightness.
Use self-massage techniques with Yoga Tune Up balls and Coregeous balls to target fascia and muscle tension.
Learn valuable tools to take home with you, helping you maintain and care for your neck and shoulders.
