Spring Renewal: A 90-Minute Yin Practice

Join Elizabeth for a 90-minute Yin Yoga session designed to offer a full-body release. In this practice, you will explore seated and supine Yin postures, each held for 3-5 minutes to deeply stretch and rejuvenate your body. This slower, gentler practice promotes myofascial release, providing a hydrating and freeing effect on the muscles and connective tissues. Yin yoga also promotes down-regulation of the nervous system, allowing the body to shift into a more relaxed and healing state. This session is the perfect way to nurture both your physical body and your mind as you welcome the season of renewal. All props are provided for this all-levels practice. Bring your mat (we rent them for $1), a water bottle and comfortable clothing for movement.
