Core Strength and Twists

Twists feel great, and are the perfect platform for understanding core strength! By focusing on rotation, we can banish the idea that strength is rigid or predictable. In this course strength exploration, we will:
- prime the spine with some luscious passive twists
- clarify rotational movement by segmenting movement along the neck, mid back and low back
- build up strength with resistance exercises, clever versions of familiar poses and novel approaches to twisting
Erin’s classes are amazing for all-levels, beginners welcome. Her teaching style is incredibly valuable continuing education for yoga teachers. You will learn something new and will gain a new perspective.
