Join Abby for an informative Back to Basics Yoga Workshop, designed to help you build a strong foundation and deepen your practice. In this workshop, Abby will guide you through postures commonly found in a vinyasa flow class, with a focus on alignment, breath, and core connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your skills, this workshop will provide a supportive space to learn and grow at your own pace.

What to Expect:

  • Breathing Techniques: Learn how to connect your breath to movement for a more fluid and mindful practice.

  • Core Connection: Strengthen your core and understand its role in stabilizing and supporting your body throughout each posture.

  • Posture Variations: Explore modifications and adjustments to meet your unique needs, making the practice accessible and safe.

  • Sun Salutations: Step-by-step guidance through the dynamic sequence, with a focus on intentional movement and transitions.

  • Standing & Balancing Poses: Build strength and stability with key postures commonly taught in vinyasa flow classes.

  • Backbends: Gain confidence and understanding in backbends to create a well-rounded and balanced practice.

Wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (we rent them for $1).
