There are several moving pieces to teaching a yoga class and creating a relaxing environment for everyone who has invested in their practice. Starting March 1st we are retiring our 5 minute grace period and will lock the doors at the start of class. The GPY teaching team will commit to starting and ending class on time. The doors to the studio will open 20 minutes before the time of class. As we all practice yoga and mutual respect we ask that students keep their phones OUTSIDE the studio and that apple watches are on THEATER MODE. Please place your mat on a green sticker in the studio. It’s great to connect with others with quiet conversation before and after class. During class we ask that students do not talk to one another as we all endeavor to connect to our higher selves through our practice and Svadhyaya- self-study.

Minimum Age to practice is 14 years.

To help keep students extra protected from pathogens, our commercial air purifiers are running 24 hours/day. Thank You for staying home when you are not feeling well.
